Do You Provide Sample Materials For Evaluation?

Absolutely. We offer all of our customers FREE sample for testing before the bulk order.

What Is The MOQ?

We have extensive inventory of materials specification, usually our MOQ could be as less as 30 kg. For customized sizes, the trial order MOQ is 500 kg each dimension.

What Is The Lead Time For Production?

The production process usually takes 20-25 days from the time an order is placed to the time it is completed. For order quantity less than 500 kg, we can deliver it within two weeks.

What Is The Coil ID For Packaging?

Tipically, we have coil ID of 300 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm for customers’ choice.

What Are Shimfer’s Primary Products?

At Shimfer, we only manufacture and distribute Austenitic stainless grade in 300 series and type 201 in high tensile strength.

What Is Shimfer’s Claim Policy?

We provide the following limited warranty: Customers are required to run 10% of a skid coil prior to submitting a claim, all claims must be submitted in writing with a supporting sample and photo of the defect. We will not honor claims more than 90 days after receipt of materials.
